Description

Licensee reports lighting build fails for their specific levels which were created in 4.14.1 then moved to 4.15.1.

Workaround:

Setting LogLightmassSolver verbose level to Warning can show "Warning: Failed to open channel for material data" warnings. Re-saving the metarial mentioned in the warning can make lighting build work fine.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the attached project
2. Build lighting only
3. Lighting build fails with "LogStaticLightingSystem:Warning: Failed to build lighting!!! Lighting build failed. Swarm failed to kick off." message
