Certain dropdowns in the Menu Bar are missing sections on Mac when expanded

Description

This only affects certain dropdowns and only occurs when the editor is open. Also occurs in 4.15.2

This has been seen on the following macs:

  • AMD R9 M395 iMac running Sierra 10.12.5
Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor on Mac
  2. Click on the different Menu dropdowns at the top of the screen

Result: Some dropdowns are missing sections.
