Scroll bar shadow shows up in an empty scroll box on iOS

1. Download attached project
2. Open project
3. Open "Untitled" level
4. Launch on to iOS device (Test on iPhone 5s)
5. Notice that the empty scroll bar still has a shadow on the far right side

Expected: The empty scroll bar would not have a shadow (as seen when using PIE)
Result: The Scroll bar shows a shadow when launched onto an iOS device even though it is empty
