Description

An Actor Component set to Tick When Paused will not update latent actions when paused if there isn't an enabled Event Tick node in it.

Steps to Reproduce

Test assets submitted in Dev-Framework

  1. Open QAGame in editor.
  2. Open the level ComponentTickBug.
  3. Play in viewport.

RESULT

The game is paused, but nothing happens.

EXPECTED

A string to print on the screen.

WORKAROUND

In the Actor Component (TestPauseComp), add an Event Tick node that does nothing.
