Descriptions in Material delay before displaying

Descriptions in the Material Editor delay before displaying. After pressing Enter after typing in a description, the description does not appear. There are several ways to get the description to appear, including:

1. Hovering over the node
2. Clicking on the Material graph
3. Clicking on the node
4. waiting for a short period of time

However, with other things in the Material editor being updated quickly, this seems to be an issue due to how long it takes for the description to appear

1. Create a new project (No template or starter content needed)
2. Create a new material > name it "TestMaterial" > open TestMaterial
3. Add a ScalerParameter (hold the s key and click on the material graph)
4. Add a description and press enter

Result: The Description does not appear
Expected Result: The description should appear
