Particles set to PSA_Velocity don't seem to orient towards an orthographic camera. This causes them to not be visible at certain view angles.
NOTE
This issue only appears if the particle system isn't close to world origin.
RESULT
As the camera changes its view angle the particles don't match and go out of view.
EXPECTED
The particles stay camera facing.
I am not able to find world outliner how to enable it?
