Back ground blur causes crash on iphone 5 (NOT iPhone5 c or iPhone5 s )

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download attached project
  2. Open project
  3. Package for iOS
  4. Install the packaged ipa to an iPhone 5 (NOT iPhone5 c or iPhone5 s )
  5. Open the app
  6. Click the button that says "Test"
  7. Notice that the app closes

Expected: The Screen would blur slightly
Result: The App closes when setting the blur for the background blur
