Install daydream app message does not always pop up if the user cancels the pop up a couple times

1. Open the editor
2. Setup project for Google VR
3. Uninstall Daydream from phone (pixel XL)
4. Launch onto a pixel XL
5. Cancel out of the message ("Install Required Daydream app is required to experience VR. Install Daydream from Google Play Store")
6. Press the recently open apps button and select the app
7. Cancel the message again
8. Repeat (Most recent app > cancel message) one more time if app closes
9. Notice that the app stays open but does not ask the user to install daydream

Expected: The app would close and/or ask the user to install daydream every time the app is opened until the daydream app is installed
Result: The app does not always ask the user to install daydream and the app stays open without response
