Color Picker No longer Retains Hex Values

The color picker doesn't remember values pasted or entered into the Hex Linear or Hex SRGB field.

1. Open a blank project
2. Create a material and open
3. In material editor add vector 3 constant and double click on it to open the color picker
4. Type in a hex code hit enter and click "Okay"

RESULT
The values don't update and the color remains black.

EXPECTED
The color changes to match the hex code given and remains when you select "okay".

Constant3Vector, 4Vector, and VectorParameter do not save Hex input
