Location and Scale values in Details Panel do not update in realtime when touched and dragged

Using touch input to touch and drag the Location and Scale values in the Details panel for an asset results in the value not being updated in real time. The value only updates when the touch is released.

Regression?: No
This didn't occur in 4.14 as the ability to touch and drag these values did not work at all.

1. Open a project on a device with touch input of some kind (Touch screen or tablet input works)
2. Drag a cube into the level
3. In the details panel, touch and drag any of the Location or Scale values to change the values like a slider
   Result: The value does not update until you have let go of the touch
   Expected: The value updates in real time, as with clicking and dragging
