Description

If you change focus to the Blueprint Editor (Alt+tab) while a Microsoft IME keyboard is active, the editor will freeze for a short time. The duration of the freeze is dependent on the number of blueprints open and their complexity.

Note: This is specific to Windows 8 and 10. It does not occur in Windows 7. This also only occurs with the Blueprint Editor.

Regression?: No
This also occurred in 4.14

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Enable a Microsoft IME keyboard (Japanese was used to test, Korean also confirmed to cause this) but stay on your default for the time being.
  2. Open Content Examples
  3. Open multiple blueprints, the more nodes they have, the more obvious the freeze will be.
  4. Open any other program that will take focus away from the editor.
  5. Press Alt + Shift to swap to the Microsoft IME.
  6. Press Alt + Tab to change focus back to the Blueprint Editor
Result: The editor freezes. The duration of the freeze depends on how many blueprints were open and the complexity of said blueprints
Expected: The editor gains focus without any issues
