World Outliner selection does not update transform widget location during play. This issue can be easily fixed simply by reselecting the object, this issue only affects the first time the object is selected.

Regression: This issue does NOT occur in 4.14.3 binary build but does occur in the 4.15.3 and 4.16 preview 3 binary builds.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new project (no template or starter content needed)
  2. Place a sphere into the level
  3. Place a cube into the level
  4. PIE and press f8 to eject yourself
  5. In the world outliner select the sphere
    Result: The transform widget is not aligned with the sphere (Screenshot_01)
    Expected result: transform widget should be aligned with the sphere
