No point in making it fit across the viewport. It would still only perform a single render pass, HMDs would require we render the UI twice just like the scene.

Description

Widget does not completely fill the screen on hmd

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Create a new widget blueprint
  3. Delete the canvas panel
  4. Add an image to the designer tab
  5. Save and compile
  6. Open the level blueprint
  7. Add the widget that was just created to the view port
  8. Play in VR preview
  9. Notice that the image does not stretch across the entire screen ( it only goes about 3/4 of the way)

Expected: The widget would fill the screen
Result: The widget does not fill the screen
