Software cursor will not go beyond the native resolution of the monitor. This means that if the resolution for the game window is set to a resolution higher than the native resolution of the monitor the software cursor will stop part way across the game window.

Example: If the monitor has a native resolution of 1920x1080 and the resolution is set to 3840x2160 the cursor will stop in the middle of the the game window.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Down load the attached project
  2. Open Project
  3. Play in Stand alone
  4. Notice that the software cannot make it to the bottom right corner of the screen (stop part way at the native monitor size)

Expected: The software cursor would be able to move anywhere in the game window
Result: The cursor will not go beyond the native result for the monitor
