When using ANavLinkProxy::SetSmartLinkEnabled() to toggle a Smart Link, it will cause UNavigationTestPathSync() to always return true.
Result: TestPathSync() calls are now all returning true.
Expected: The TestPathSync() results would be the same as before toggling the smart links.
