Visual inconsistencies when zooming in/out in the designer tab

Visual inconsistencies when zooming in/out in the designer tab. In the example provided. There is a vertical box containing sever images with a top padding of 1. When zooming in and out of the graph, some of the padding settings appear inconsistent when compared to others in the designer tab with the same settings.

1. Download attached project
2. Open "NewWidgetBlueprint1"
3. Zoom in to +1

Result: Some of the padding between the images appears inconsistent even though they share the same settings
Expected: The padding between the widgets would remain consistent between all of the widgets that have the same settings at all zoom levels
