Editor is not responding when opening WB with Editor preferences window is up.
1) Open any project
2) Create an Widget blueprint
3) Try open WB, Notice that WB is opened immediately
4) Close WB editor window.
5) Open Editor preferences window
6) Try open WB, Notice that Engine is not responding
Expected: WB editor is opened immediately.
