Description

When attaching a component to a camera in the Character, setting its relative location is causing the relative rotation to fluctuate by 2-4 degrees depending on the rotation of the camera component.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open a Third Person Template project
  2. Open the Third Person Character blueprint
  3. Add a Capsule component and attach it to the FollowCamera
  4. Set the Capsule's rotation to 0, -90, 0 as its default setting
  5. Recreate the blueprint in the attached screenshot
  6. PIE
  7. Rotate the camera while moving the character

Result: The relative pitch is fluctuating by a few degrees

Expected: There would be no change to the rotation of the capsule component
