When the user changes the pin type of a linked pin, the pin inside the function will be orphaned. This will result in an ERROR DUPLICATE pin on the function instance.
The pin inside the function turns red. This results in an ERROR DUPLICATE pin on the instance of the function.
Only pins on the instances of functions should turn red/be orphaned.
