Description

Render target cube maps show edge artifacts during heavy particle effects.

Regression:
No - noticed the same behavior in 4.15.3 version of InfiltratorDemo (CL 3450819)

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create and open the InfiltratorDemo
  2. Right click in content browser -> Materials & Textures -> Cube Render Target (newCRT)
  3. From the Modes tab, add a Scene Capture Cube
  4. Set Scene Capture Cube location to (-3579, 1175, 967)
  5. Set Texture Target to newCRT
  6. Search for "Cinematic" in World Outliner and select the MatineeActor
  7. Set Play->Force Start Position (under Play advanced options) to 190
  8. Open newCRT, keep it visible
  9. PIE
  10. Pause while the flying robot is shooting at the Infiltrator and Infiltrator is about to get into cover
  11. Skip Frames while keeping an eye on newCRT

Result:
Cubemap Lines are visible in the render target

Expected:
Render target renders without artifacts
