Investigate crash reported with 4.16 on Sony Xperia Z3 running Marshmallow

A user has reported a crash that is occurring on his Sony Xperia Z3,

The user has attached logcat output that seems to suggest that media player is not correctly configured, however it does not produce a callstack so we cannot be sure of the cause of the crash.
