Particle Parameter change resets all vector parameters to default values in level instances. This only seems to effect Vector and Vector Random Parameter types.

User Description:

I have a particle object with multiple parameters. I have several that are vectors. One is color (marked as color), but when I change the color value, it resets all the other VECTOR parameters (on the particle actor in the world) to 0,0,0.

It's quite annoying to dial in an initial velocity, acceleration, etc, then have them all reset to zero if you need to change the color.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the attached test project
  2. Select the particle system in the viewport
  3. In the Details panel, set the Size Parameter to 50,50,50
  4. Select the color wheel for the Color Parameter just above > Set it to any color > Press Ok

Results: The Size Parameter values will reset to 0,0,0

Expected: For all other parameters to maintain their set values no matter what parameter is set
