Code tutorial asks user to "click on Add Code to Project"

This option is no longer listed under the File menu. There is the option for "New C++ Class...".

Repro:

1. Open any project in the editor
2. In the upper right, click the Mortarboard to open the Tutorials slate window.
3. Scroll down and select the "Code" tutorial
4. Click the next button twice
