Content not opening when trying to run the Paper2D tutorial

Description

When I spoke to Mitchell.W about this he mentioned that Paper2D might have changed.

Steps to Reproduce

Repro:

  1. Open any project in the editor
  2. In the upper right, click the Mortarboard to open the Tutorials slate window.
  3. Scroll down and select the "Paper2D" tutorial
  4. Select the "Welcome to the Flipbook Editor"
