When this problem occurs, "MaterialExpression" is null in FMaterialInstanceParameterDetails::GetParameterExpressionDescription.
1.Create NewMaterial and open MaterialEditor.
2.Add MakeFloat3Node ( Add any MaterialFunctionNode ).
3.Add ScalarParameterNode and add comment at "Desc" in DetailTab.
4.Create MaterialInstance from this material, and open MaterialInstance.
5.When show scalar parameter's desc, I see "ParameterValue".
It is not update.
I am not able to find world outliner how to enable it?
