When zoomed in too close (or zoomed out too far) to a Comment Box in a Blueprint and all of it's contents are not on screen, when the Comment Box is selected and moved, the entire contents of the Comment Box do not drag along. (See Attached image.)
Launch UE4.5.1
Open any project with Blueprints that contain a Comment Box
Zoom in to the Comment Box so that all of it's contents are not on screen.
Select the Comment Box
Move Comment Box away from off screen nodes
Note that not all nodes move with the Comment Box
