Previous ticket addressed the crash. However, it didn't fix the FScoedLevelCollectionContextSwitch to allow for demo commands to be run from Execute Console Commands.
Open the editor (FirstPersonProject)
Open the FirstPersonCharacter blueprint
Recreate the blueprint in the attached screenshot
Play in Standalone
Press 1 to start the demo recording
Move around a bit
Press 2 to stop the recording
Press 3 to play the recording
Result: Camera snaps to the world origin and player can no longer move. Crash occurs upon exiting standalone
Expected: Demo would play and no crash would occur
