This is expected behavior. When the device isn't tracked, say sitting on the table, the position is zero. That project has the origin at the floor level, so you're at the floor.

Description

When starting VR preview with the headset with it's face down, it will start at a difference height than if the headset it facing with its face perpendicular to the desk/floor

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Make sure that oculus is hooked up and turned on
  2. Download attached project
  3. Open project
  4. Play in VR preview
  5. You will be around eye level with the cube
  6. Place the Headset on its face (So that the screen is flat on the desk)
  7. Play in VR preview

Result: When leveling out your view (from looking straight down) you will be at eye level with the sphere (which is lower than the cube)
Expected: No matter the rotation of the headset, the starting position of the in game camera would be the same
