LightColor property for light component and skylight component are animating all other color properties

1. Add a level sequence
2. Add skylight to the level sequence
3. Set the skylight to movable
4. Animate the light color
5. Animate the occlusion tint
   Result: Sometimes setting the occlusion tint won't work, sometimes setting the light color won't work. Basically, all colors are setting the light color property.
   Expected: The expected color property is getting animated.
