Shortcuts do not appear to work for the visual logger

Shortcuts do not appear to work for the visual logger in the editor preferences

1. Open the editor
2. Open Editor preferences
3. Set the Start and Stop short cuts to 1 and 2 respectively
4. Play in editor
5. Press the 1 and 2 keys

Result: The visual logger does not show up
Expected: The visual logger would appear and start when pressing the 1 key and then stop when pressing the 2 key
