Description

If world composition is in enabled and an instance static mesh actor has been added to the scene the level will remain dirty after compiling.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Enable world composition
  3. Create Actor blueprint
  4. Add an instance static mesh component
  5. Assign an instance static mesh
  6. Save and compile
  7. Add the Actor blueprint to the level
  8. Save all
  9. Save all again

Result: The pop up to ensure that you would like to save changes for the level will pop up everytime the save all button is used
Expected: The level would no longer be dirty after saving (if no changes have been made)
