We are currently experiencing an issue where skeletal mesh vertex colors are different on certain mobile devices.

What we see is the following:

  • Red and Blue channels are swapped.
  • It occurs consistently on European Galaxy S7 devices (Arm Mali-T880) but not on the US variant (Snapdragon 820).
  • The problem is exclusive to Skeletal Meshes. Static meshes work as expected.
