-Upon leaving the radius/falloff distance of the sound and re-entering it when Override Attenuation is checked, the sound does not start to play again
Workaround: If cue is opened and Looping is checked then this does not occur and sound starts from beginning again upon entering the radius

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create an empty project
  2. Download the sound attached below
  3. Bring sound into editor
  4. Create a cue
  5. Bring cue into viewport
  6. See Details panel < Attenuation < check Override Attenuation
  7. Play
  8. Enter radius of the sound
  9. Exit falloff distance of the sound so it can not be heard at all
  10. Re-enter radius of the sound

Result: Audio does not play upon re-entering the sound's falloff distance or radius
Expected: Audio plays upon re-enter sounds falloff distance/radius
