When morph target weight value is set to a number other than 1 the slider sets it back to being a value under 1. It does not go down from the number that it was set to but instead defaults to being 1

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download attached project
  2. Open the Skeletal Mesh called MorphTest_SkelM
  3. Change the Morph Target Weight to 5(a number other than 1)
  4. Enter/click off of the value
  5. Slide Weight preview bar
  6. See the weight value defaults back to acting on a value of 1

Expected: The slider goes down from a value of 5
Results: The slider goes down from a value of 1
