Description

When importing an Alembic file into Unreal Engine an extra frame is added automatically to the frame range in the import settings
-abc file has been brought into Maya 2016 and exported again as an abc file then into Unreal
-zip file is original file from user
-File called TESTEST is an abc file that was brought into Maya 2016 re-exported as an abc file

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download attached attached (abc)file
  2. Bring asset into Maya (testing using 2016)
  3. Export asset as Alembic file from Maya (tested using 2016)
  4. See documentation for the Maya settings used(linked below)
  5. See the frame number (0-20 in this case)
  6. Import into Unreal Engine
  7. See import settings (0-21 in this case)

Expected: Extra frame is not added when trying to import into Unreal Engine(frames stay 0-20)
Results: Extra frame is added when trying to import into Unreal Engine(frames are 0-21)
