If a user hides the details of a foliage actor in the foliage tool menu, then saves and closes the editor the details will re-open upon re-opening the editor.
1. Open Editor (any project)
2. Open Foliage mode
3. Add a static mesh from the content browser to the foliage mode window
4. Press "Hide Details"
5. Save and close the editor
6. Re-open the editor (same project)
7. Re-open foliage mode
