The user is reporting a rendering issue when moving around the Edit Profile window in Project Settings > Collision > Presets.
Dxdiag is attached. The user has an HD7950 and has updated to the latest driver according to Catalyst Control Center.
I was not able to reproduce this on my machine.
1. Launch: UE4Editor.exe (any project)
2. Project Settings > Collision > Presets
3. Edit any of the collision presets to open the Edit Profile window
4. Move the window around
