Running the "stat startfile" command in a 4.19 project causes constant editor hitching. Running the same command in a 4.18 project does not produce any hitching by comparison.
1. Create a new blank project
2. Inside untitled map start PIE
3. Enter 'stat startfile'
4. Wait 10-15 seconds and the first hitch should occur.
Result: Frequent hitching every 5-15 seconds while this command is running.
Expected: No hitches.
