Additive Composite Mode is not behaving as expected in 4.19
User reports that Composite mode is also affected.
Make a new TextureRenderTarget2d
Add a Scene Capture 2D actor to the scene.
Set the SceneCapture2Ds "Texture Target" to point to the TextureRenderTarget2d
Set the SceneCapture2Ds "Composite Mode" to Additive
Observe: In 4.18, the render target will shift to white. In 4.19 nothing happens
