When using any collision preset other than QuerryOnly, the collision properties cannot be changed when the actor is in the Viewport.
1) Create an actor blueprint.
2) Add either a static mesh or collision component to it
3) Set the mesh/component's collision preset to anything that has CollisionEnabled property other than QuerryOnly (for instance BlockAllDynamic)
4) Place the actor in a level
5) Select the placed actor and select the mesh/collision component
6) Try changing mesh/component's collision properties
Results: Collision preset drop down menu is disabled. You are unable to change the collision properties of the component.
Expected: Able to select a different preset from the collision preset menu, and change individual channel responses
