Description

When adding Components to an AnimBP, Components that are already in ACharacter, can be accessed no problem. Only "New" Components/Variables can't be accessed.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open attached project
  2. Drag 'AnimChar' into the viewport
  3. Open 'NewAnimBlueprint' and take note of the setup
  4. Play in Editor

Results: It will print the String of Not Valid

Expected:Fully functional Component Access of Actor Owner in Event Blueprint Initialize Animation
