Description

In 4.18.3 this feature is working. In 4.19.2 the feature is broken.

Per User:

Half of the Lights Cone or Sphere will properly interact with the TileMap as intended, the other half will not for whatever reason.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open UnrealStickFigure2D sample project in UE 4.18
  2. Copy 2DCharacter_IdleAnimAtlas texture from /2DAssets/Idle/ over to Content folder
  3. In Content folder, right-click on the copied texture, Sprite Actions>Create Tile Set
  4. Right-click on Tile set, Create Tile Map
  5. Open Tile Map editor, Change material from default Unlit Sprite material to Basic Shape material
  6. Select a tile from Toolbox window, paint tiles in viewport
  7. Place Tile Map actor into level and place a movable Point light next to it with default settings, so that Tile Map is inside the Attenuation Radius of the light
  8. See that the light affects the entire tile map. Save and close project.
  9. Open project in 4.19

Result: Light does not affect the entire tile map. See attached GIFs
