Description

Licensee is using the Sense Hearing of the AIPerceptionSystem. When using the GamePlay Debugger they notice that one call of MakeNoise out of every two seems ignored by the AIPerception.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the attached project
  2. Play and open gameplay debugger enabling the perception visualizer
  3. Press "E" to call MakeNoise

Results: AI picks up the Noise when MakeNoise is called twice

Expected: AI picks up the Noise when MakeNoise is called once
