Nodes used to create debug shapes do not appear show up when using delta seconds as their duration.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the editor
  2. Open the level blueprint
  3. Using Draw Debug Sphere on tick
  4. Connect the delta seconds from tick to the duration of the draw debug sphere node
  5. Set thickness to 5
  6. Play in editor

Result: The sphere does not show up in the level
Expected: The sphere would be rendered for the duration of the frame for each frame
