Description

Possibly related to [Link Removed]. This affects Static, Stationary, and Movable point lights when upgrading a project from 4.18 to 4.19.2 or Main (tested in CL 4101872). If you click the "Reset to default" arrow to set rotation back to 0,0,0 you will see that the actual lighting gets built in the incorrect orientation.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open new default level in 4.18
  2. Add a point light, increase Source Length to 800. Keep Rotation at 0,0,0 default values
  3. Save, close, and Reopen in 4.19

Result: Rotation values have changed by -90 degrees in Y-Axis when upgrading from 4.18 to 4.19. 

Expected: Rotation values will stay the same when upgrading engine version.
