Description

Using Forward rendering, directional light settings persist across levels and after deletion.

Video attached, shows problem in Dev-VR but same issue occurs in Release-4.20

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create a new project and enable Project Settings > Rendering > Forward Shading
  2. Place a sphere in a new blank level
  3. Place a directional light in the level with default settings, notice top of sphere is illuminated
  4. Create a new blank level, and place a sphere in the level
  5. Place a point light underneath the sphere to illuminate the bottom of it
  6. Build lighting
  7. Notice that the sphere is illuminated from the bottom from the point light, but also incorrectly lighted from the top
