The number of seconds in Graph View of Session Frontend is significantly different from the actual time

The number of seconds in Graph View of session frontend is significantly different from execution time of "start file" and "stop file".

Since the number of frames is correct, probably some problem has occurred in calculating elapsed frames and elapsed time in SDataGrap or IDataProvider.

1. Set "Log Timestamp Mode" of editor settings to "Local time"
2. PIE
3. Use "stat startfile" and "stat stopfile"
4. Read profile data with profiler of session frontend
5. Compare the number of seconds in Graph View with difference in execution time of start file and stop file displayed in Output log
