Billboard appears darker on Mobile preview than in editor

Description

When playing in mobile preview or on the mobile device. The color is darker than what is seen in the editor.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Download the attached project
  2. Open the project
  3. Play in Mobile preview

Result: The billboard appears darker in the mobile preview than it does in the editor
Expected: The color of the billboard would match that of the editor
