Description

Auto Compute LOD Distance doesn't properly change screen sizes. The screen size for each LOD will be exactly the same regardless of the mesh you use with generated LODs.

Working as expected in 4.19 CL# 4033788

Found in 4.20 Preview 2 CL# 4121666 and 4.21 CL# 4123891

This is a regression.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open attached project
  2. Open the static mesh "LOD_Issue" and LOD_Screensize
  3. Enable the mesh LOD view and move toward and away from the object
  4. Take a look at both objects auto computed screen sizes

Results:
When auto compute LOD distances is enabled the LOD screen sizes will be exactly the same and cause issues with LODs

Expected:
Calculated screen sizes would vary based on how much each LOD level changes the look. So it would minimize popping.
