The 'Any Key' input isn't working when it is assigned in the Axis Mappings menu. If you call 'Any Key' in Blueprint it still functions as intended.

This is a regression from 4.19.2 (CL-4033788). This has also been tested and reproduced in Main 4.21 (CL-4206768)

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Open the UE4 Editor and create a project with the Third Person Template
  2. Click on Edit and go to Project Settings
  3. Under Engine select Input
  4. Click the dropdown on Axis Mappings and Jump
  5. Change one of the bindings under Jump to 'Any Key'
  6. Load up the ThirdPersonExampleMap and press Play

Results:Character doesn't jump when any key is pressed

Expected: Character jumps when any key is pressed
